The duplicate added by the Chamber of Mirrors, when the original copy was drafted before the Chamber of Mirrors was drafted, is unable to spawn when drafting horizontally into either Wing of the estate, except when going into the corner.

Points of interest

Items

The Attic always contains exactly eight items, found spread out in various spots throughout the room. This number is not affected by luck. Items may be found:

  • On the boxes on the right side of the room
  • In the red toy wagon
  • On the boxes and chair immediately in front of the stairs
  • On the crate on the left side of the room, at the back
  • On the boxes tucked around the left hand corner, near the paintings and the bishop

The items can be any eight items from the following list. Items are chosen uniformly at random, though each of the four gems and keys are treated as separate items.

Documents

  • On the right side of the Attic on a crate, there is a letter from Ruffington Red Publishing to Marion Marigold, rejecting the publication of The Red Prince.
  • On the left side of the Attic towards the back, there is a photograph of Herbert and Simon Sinclair as young boys, with their father Tomas Sinclair pointing to something in the distance.

It is possible to manoeuvre between the suitcases towards the back of the room on the right, leading to a hidden note.

Interactions

  • The Metal Detector can also spawn 4 coins or 1 key in this room, independently of its eight usual items.
  • The Attic cannot be drawn while drafting in the Library unless at least 2 are held.

As a Dead End

Additional information

  • Entering the Attic will cause Stories of All Manor to start playing, unless it has already played today. This can interrupt other tracks.
