Blackprints are a rare type of floorplan in Blue Prince. As the only color with no dedicated Room Directory page, Blackprints are absent from the initial draft pool save for the multicolored Aquarium. All other Blackprints must be found through upgrades and/or Additions.

Four Blackprints can be found in addition to the Aquarium: one multicolored Shop, two Found Floorplans, and one Outer Room. The Cloister may become a Blackprint through upgrades.

[Upgrade Spoiler: Cloister] Drafting a Blackprint from the Cloister of Orinda will cause a random Antechamber door to open.
Additional information
- Drafting Strategy: Architectural Digest Vol. 1 mentions Blackprints indirectly during its introduction, revealing that Blackprints were the historical precursor to the more modern Blueprints and that they were changed due to their color making revisions difficult to apply.
