The Crown of the Blueprints is found in Room 46. It cannot be obtained the first time the room is reached, but is present in other times.
Effect
When drafting, if a Red Room is drawn, an option appears to remove it from the draft pool. Selecting this option awards 1 and redraws floorplans.
Although it claims to remove the room from the draft pool, it actually only blocks it from normal drafting. It is still possible to obtain blocked Red Rooms through special drafting like Silver Key and Prism Key. Additionally, red rooms that have ducts may still appear when drafting from other rooms with ducts. If using this ability on a room that has already been blocked, the redraw and gem function as usual, but no additional effect occurs to the floorplan.
