The Special Key purchase gives the first option that is available. If they are all unavailable, it falls back to Car Keys as above.
Activating The Sail will cause the Locksmith's shop items to go on sale today, cutting their prices in half, rounded up. The labels for the sale prices are bugged, and do not match the actual sale prices. The options can still be selected even while holding less gold than the labelled price.
While The Sail is active, a flyer appears on the counter and a small badge appears on the shopping interface.

When entering the Locksmith with a Powered Electromagnet, the keys from the back wall of the room are stolen. This usually gives 24
, though it can occasionally give less, and prevents buying regular keys from the shop for the rest of the day. It does not prevent purchasing the special key or Lock Pick Kit if they are still available.
