- Two blank books sit on lecterns in the Library, which using the upgraded Watering Can on makes readable.
- Further puzzle spoilers: A third blank book is found when drafting a Secret Passage as the Outer Room; using the upgraded Watering Can on this book makes it able to be pulled, allowing opening the Secret Passage door in this location.
This special effect remains available even when the Watering Can is brought to a future day through Coat Check or Moon Pendant when the water was not emptied, although the water still refills back to 3 when doing so.
